machine in the United States, the SONY 9000D. This machine has a build envelope of 39.3 x 31.4 x 19.6 inches and utilizes dual beam technology.

With stereolithography, your designs become reality. Using your provided design, we can generate a three dimensional prototype
in a matter of 2 to 3 days, depending on the volume, size and finish.

Stereolithography parts can be finished to many different levels and therefore utilized for many different uses such as engineering models, visual models or master patterns for tooling and casting.
Our levels of finishing include:

Support Removal Only:
|
Supports are removed, minimal finishing available.
|
Standard Finish:
|
Build lines are lightly sanded, the part is then bead blasted for a smooth uniform finish.

Paint Ready Finish:
|
All build lines are removed, primer is added and the entire part is sanded smooth. The part is ready for the painting process.

Finish to paint:
|
The paint ready finish is completed and paint and texture are added.
|
Paint finishes:

High gloss clear coat.
Soft touch rubber coat.
Custom color matching.
Custom textures.
Custom masking and graphics can be added upon request.
